The best way to know if a ride has the space your family needs is to look at its cabin dimensions. With three rows of seating, the 2022 Kia Carnival makes space for seven or eight passengers, depending if you choose the second-row captain’s chairs.

No matter how many children are riding in the back, everyone will be able to stretch out with the following measurements:  

In addition to plenty of room to stretch your legs, the Carnival offers 40.2 cubic feet of cargo space behind the third tow to make room for backpacks and science projects. When more room is needed, simply fold the back two rows as needed. When completely flat, you’ll have just over 145 cubic feet to pack it all in.

Even when your kids are watching a show in the back seat, you’ll be able to communicate with them, thanks to available Driver and Passenger Talk. This 2-way intercom projects your voice through the back speakers, so your children hear your every word.

You can check on them throughout the journey with the available Passenger View with Night Vision as well. It places a camera in the back, so you can make sure your snoozing toddlers are sleeping soundly.
