From letting you know when you’re drifting out of your desired lane to alerting you to approaching frontal obstacles, these baseline features are sure to inspire added peace of mind.

If you’re looking for even more confidence when driving, turn to the Carnival. It comes standard with Driver Attention Warning to let you know when you may be drowsy or distracted when driving, so you can take a break. When parking on a busy street, standard Safe Exit Assist lends a hand as well by alerting your children to approaching vehicles.

Unfortunately, neither of these protection systems are available in the Odyssey.

Park With Confidence

Once you’ve arrived at your thrilling destination, you can park with ease, thanks to the available Surround View Monitor in the 2022 Kia Carnival. It provides you with a comprehensive view of your surroundings, allowing you to navigate in and out of tight spaces with total ease.

You may have to crane your neck to see how close you are to the car behind you with the Honda Odyssey though, since this system isn’t available.

What is available in both family rides is Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist. When backing out of a parking spaces, it lets you know when other vehicles are approaching, so you can be on your way with ease.

This extra set of eyes is a standard amenity in the Carnival, but you’ll need to choose a higher trim level if you want to make it available in the Carnival.

Entertainment for the Whole Clan

Every mile will be enjoyable for your kids in the 2022 Kia Carnival and Honda Odyssey, thanks to available rear-seat entertainment systems. However, it’s important you and your partner also enjoy the drive.

The Carnival comes standard with an 8-inch touchscreen that offers Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay® integration for curated listening experiences. For easier visibility, you can choose an available 12.3-inch touchscreen.

It will be much harder to see the standard display in the Odyssey though, with only a 5-inch touchscreen. It also doesn’t come standard with smartphone integration, so you’ll need to choose a higher trim level if you want more convenience.
