2018 Kia Stinger GT Specs
Power is the key when it comes to a sports sedan. You want to put the pedal to the metal and feel a major response.
Fortunately, the 2018 Kia Stinger GT comes standard with a 2.0L twin scroll turbocharged 4-cylinder engine. This powertrain produces as much as 255 horsepower (HP) and 260 lb-ft of torque.
Granted, if you’re wanting a bit more than that, you can always upgrade to the available 3.3L twin turbocharged V6 engine. With this option, you’ll have 365 HP and 375 lb-ft of torque.
In addition to having some high-powered engine options, you’ll have some finely tuned handling.
To help improve cornering and your overall traction on hazardous roads, you can add in the available all-wheel drive system with an electronically controlled transfer case. Dynamic Torque Vectoring Control is also available to improve this fine feature.
2018 Kia Stinger GT Exterior
In addition to driving like a sports sedan, the 2018 Kia Stinger GT just looks like one, too, from top to bottom.
To start, this Gran Turismo-inspired car rolls in with a traditional fastback silhouetted body. This includes a rear-sloping cabin and tail, as well as a longer, sculpted nose and deeply raked windshield. This angled body gives the impression of a vehicle constantly in motion.
Multiple accents come standard or are available as upgrades. For example, high-glow LEDs are available for nearly all exterior lighting. Aerodynamic side vents come standard, but you can add a couple more to the front of your vehicle as an upgrade.
To complete this design, you’ll have several vibrant color options to choose from. For example, you can paint your exterior in Sunset Yellow, or a more classic HiChroma Red.
Kia Stinger GT Interior
Your Stinger GT has a high-tech and cozy interior designed to complement that sleek exterior.
As you settle into your 12-way power adjustable leather seat with 4-way powered lumbar support, you’ll have several technologies right at your fingertips.
For example, a UVO infotainment system with 7-inch touchscreen display comes standard in the Stinger GT. This includes voice commands, SiriusXM®, and mobile-integrative features like Apply CarPlay™ and Android Auto™.
As for your audio system, six speakers come standard. However, you can also upgrade to the available Harman/Kardon® QuantumLogic™ Premium Surround Sound. That’s 15 speakers and 720 watts, in case you were wondering. You can really blow the roof off.
